🔄 Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us at info@laurimy.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement item free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind)

  • Wrong size ordered (unless sizing was incorrectly listed)

  • Items returned without prior approval

Please double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before ordering.

📦 Return Shipping

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is required, we will provide detailed instructions and a return address. Do not send products back to the manufacturer or our fulfillment partner without our confirmation.

⏳ Refunds Processing Time

Once your request is approved, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for refund processing

  • 7–15 business days for replacement shipping (depending on location)

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.

🧾 Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be in fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
